Poor customer service and management structure. They also struggle to keep their equipment working such as card machines.

Absolutely unhelpful customer service. They should be embarrassed. Needed a last minute gift wrapping for a wedding present, bought wrapping paper and card at Fontana yet they refused to assist with gift wrapping. Offered to buy an extra item from the store, was still refused assistance. Strict adherence to a policy without explanation or judgement is not becoming of anyone in a management position. And I'm a loyalty card holder too. I hope someone sees this.

Fontana is simply just great. They are more than just a pharmacy, with Cafe blue located inside, a photo studio , ice cream parlor, they are showing is that there is no limit to what you can do. They take customer service very seriously and I’ve always had the best from every employee i’ve encountered. They are friendly and always checking on me while I shopped to ensure that I was always good. The store was spacious, clean and just beautifully arranged. The prices are reasonable and you can also shop from their online stop and just have it picked up at the location which is just great.

Lovely place to shop. Love the ambience and Cafe Blue is a MUST STOP in my book. Hands down the BEST pharmacy in the city and the country I might add. Reminds me of CVS too
