Great location, not expensive, the rooms are clean and the staff is extremely nice a helpful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it not on the beach.. It's right across the street though.

Clean, reasonably priced hotel for sorry stays. Be weary that this place is next to a night club so some may find the late night music a little disturbing.

I have been staying in this hotel since 1987 when it was a collection of raised wooden bungalows. This property is the safest spot in Negril. It is clean and serviceable. Nothing flashy. My room has been cleaned by the same lady for 20 plus years. Nothing needs to be hidden and nothing ever leaves a room when they are cleaningYour other local guests are at your own risk. Water pressure is problematic, don't expect a shower massage. Get one at the beach..A massage that is. the staff are friendly and helpful. stay here if you want piece of mind and a painless stay

Great place with great staff, I have visited PURE Gardens on four occasions.
The most important thing about this place is the flexibility of the staff.

Besides the warm welcome at the front desk. Pure garden resort was lacking. The room however spacious, was missing essential items that we prompted for on several occasions. There was no phone to contact front desk which was another annoyance.
Besides the spectacular effort from one member of staff, this resort is nothing more than a overrated motel.report this review -

Decent price and quiet. Very nice on the outside. Clean but not fancy and there was no outlet in the bathroom. Small fridge was brought in by request

I was very disappointed with this place. It looks nothing like the photos that were shown on the booking site (I actually think they used photos from Kuyaba across the street). Not only that, but the bathroom was moldy and the shower had no head and the "tub" leaked out onto the floor which was slippery when wet, with no bath mat given. Not even a bar of soap. No blankets, just a sheet and old pillow cases. The curtain rod was broken I could go on. The place was just a disappoinment over all. The service was somewhat friendly and helpful though

This is a crappy motel.. Me and my boyfriend stayed there in March. And it was the worst. I had special requests and they weren't met. Plus they over charge me. Online it says $134 and the girl charge $161 USD. The bar and restaurant were closed. The room wasn't as showed online. Plus there was no trash cans in the bathroom. No hot water untill the day we were leaving.I got the owners room with kitchen that wasn't in my reservation.plus limited parking. Think twice before booking here..
