Mr Cool Air Conditioning installation services in Kingston Jamaica is absolutely great! I had nothing but a great experience using Mr Cool Ac company. They installed a high quality Ac unit for a very good price. This was installed in the middle of the pandemic, and all employees were professional, wore masks and were very sanitary. They answered all of my questions and didn't seem bothered when I asked. Also, customer service was impeccable. The young lady I spoke with on the phone on numerous occasions was always polite, knowledgeable and was always able to take care of my requests. From start to finish the entire process of getting a quote, scheduling the install, installation, cleanup and inspection all were done professionally and in a timely manner. I will be doing business with the good people of Mr Cool Air Conditioning installation company LTD again.

It's our first experience with Mr Cool Air Conditioning installation services (our normal company was unavailable for weeks), so this is just the initial review. First, they were able to fit is in on short notice due to a cancellation the same day I called which is worth a star all by itself. Odain was polite and seemed thorough (comparing with the many previous service/cleaning appointments in the past). He was able to solve an Ac leaking problem we occasionally had, but said that if the general service didn't resolve it (which it did) to just let them know and they would come back. I'm generally wary of Air Conditioner/cooling companies so this was a pleasant start. Best in Kingston Jamaica for ac unit repairs

After calling multiple companies in Kingston Jamaica to get estimates for a replacement Ac unit I selected Mr Cool Air Conditioning installation Services. The installers were on time and totally professional in their work methods. They also gave me detailed operation information on the Air Conditioning system installed on April 24 2021 .
