10/10! My family had a complete ball there! The workers were amazing with the best attitudes ever. I had a big group and they were very helpful, attentive, and interactive with all of us. We did the horseback riding, ATVs, party/snorkeling on the catamaran. The captain and crew on the catamaran made my day. The music was great, the food was great, the drinks were great, the vibe wasA VIBE. The Atv instructors never left anyone behind even when some people were having a difficult time. The horseback specialists were nice and helpful as well. Also these excursions aren’t just fun it’s also educational. They show and explain to you their historical landmarks, special plants, and food. I can honestly say the workers make the whole experience better, they crack jokes, laugh with you, dance with you, help you, teach you etc. It was well worth the money! Pleaseeeee bring your tip money cus all of the workers deserve it!
Honorable Mention: I loved seeing the animals! You see so many tiny goats and more when riding ATVs/horses.

Do not I mean do not purchase any photos with this company. They are the absolute worst. I paid $55 for a photo package just to be told if I tip he’ll give me all the photos we took while horseback riding. Since we didn’t have cash and the place doesn’t have a atm we told him we couldn’t tip him. The man told us not to worry he’ll send us our pics via email. That was on the 17th of December. We have yet to receive anything from this company. I will be taking this up with my CC company. Do not I repeat. Do not purchase anything that needs to be sent via email. You’ll never receive it. They are horrible.

Very Unprofessional staff as far as the Ladies attitudes. One of the kitchen ladies was rude when a question was asked. The other lady in the kitchen was giving strange looks in the direction of some other ladies. No communication as to when a tour will start or when your transportation is coming back to get you. My family and I arrived at 12pm for ATV'S and horseback riding only to find out the ATVS were cancelled. It 45mins from the time we got out of the bus to get to the desk area to sign a waiver. We didn't start our Excursion until 2:45pm. Mind you the shuttle picked us up from our Hotel at 11:15. The men staff were down to earth especially Johnnie. Don't waste your time and money here. Very unprofessional. This was our second and last time using this company with a bad experience. Save your money. As of right now it's 4:38 and I'm still waiting on transportation and it's been an hour wait.

Took my friend for her 50th birthday. We are visiting from the US. Everything was great and the staff was friendly! Especially enjoyed the PARTY boat cruise. Captain and Crew were AWESOME

We went horseback riding. We had a blast riding but be careful about ordering pictures. We ordered them after and paid for them. We were told they’d be sent to our email. We had to contact three different people before we ever were able to get our pictures, even though they kept saying they sent them.
