We stayed here for our annual friends trip. The house is gorgeous and the views of the ocean and mountains were nice as well. However as time went on we did not enjoy our stay here. It became quite obvious that the owner did not care or appreciate our business as he made the following decisions while we were there despite his assurances he would not.

We traveled as a group of 19 people and had the entire 9 bedroom home rented to us. However at the end of our stay we noticed the owner had rented out a room in the guest house, despite our agreement he would not do so. And that couple thought they could come to the main house and eat the groceries our group had paid for. Then on Saturday night we were made aware he had rented the outside of the property for a class reunion event. We were promised these persons would be limited to the outside yard, gazebo bar, and pool areas. However when we returned to the home after our excursion to Negril. The party goers were throughout the house, had blocked the driveway for us to enter at the door, and remained well after the time we were told the party would be over.

When the concern was brought to the owner about his misrepresentation and our frustration he was very unapologetic and could only state he made sure they did not take anything of ours. I also neglected to mention we had NO HOT WATER during our entire 6 day stay.
I will never go back to this property again. The owner did not respect or honor his commitments to us, and when we brought it to his attention he gave a very entitled attitude that he could do what he wanted cause he already had our money. YOU WON'T GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!!!

We travel as a group every year to an international location, and this was our worst experience since we began bookings villas.
