  The atmosphere was excellent, the level of service was top of the line and the very best part of the experience... The food, the quality of the food served was a delectable and scrumptious and succulent. Eating at Melting pot was indeed a dining great experience.

  Awful. Despite booking reservations for Restaurant Week 2017 a week in advance, they were not prepared for us and they had to move tables to accommodate us (even though the restaurant was almost empty). 2 out of the 3 dish offerings were unavailable...unless we were willing to wait 45 minutes (during our 1 hour lunch period). Repeated attempts to speak to manager while there were not met. We ended up walking out of the restaurant frustrated...at which point a manager appeared as we were walking towards our cars!

  Visited for Restaurant Week 2014, and was not at all disappointed. It's nice setting and the staff are very polite and attentive. The food was pretty good and the presentation was excellent.
