Restaurant good Apothetic wine was on point, as were the buffaloo wings. Kebabs were dissapointingly blandneeded a zest ol lemon juice n more spices. Stamp n goes did not go down well either, were too flourerly n had zero saltfish, n no seasoning. Like seriously? Fire the chef!

Poor customer service in relation to the dining experience. The waiter and manager refused to offer an apology after false advertisment of prices on the menu- myself and a couple of my friends went out for food and drinks and it was after we received our bills that we were told that the prices had increased and while we didn't have a problem paying, the manner in which they approached us was very rude and unwelcoming.

The menu is great. Delicious local supplies. Decent drinks. Wait service is poor though.

The place needs work. Not worth the price
Better off spending an extra $10 and go to one of the other decent hotels.
The owners need to take the hospitality business seriously or get out of it.

Good food, good customer service, bar available, lovely pool and quiet area. One of Kingston's best kept secret.

Customer service is the worst. Two separate bills for the drink and food and it takes a really long time to get either one.
The outside lighting needs a boost for the customers to see the meal properly whilst eating as well.

Really nice chill spot to grab a bit n a drink. It can be rather cold at nights, but the atmosphere makes up for it.

A couple of friends and myself went to the Mayfair Pub to just chill because it was recommended to us. The drinks were okay, very strong in alcohol content lol. They were reasonably priced and the food - we ordered finger food (was okay).
The ambience is nice - not too crowded nor scanty; they have a good amount of persons dining or chilling during the evening - nighttime.
Overall I give this place a 3/5. They lost stars because of the time it took to actually get the food, the customer service wasn’t all that great and the alcohol was too strong even though I asked them to tone down on it a bit.

Big bang for buck. It's not a 5 or 3 or 2 star hotel but for the great price u get a/c, hot water and bed. They have a pool and a sports bar also that has a swing to it and it's located in the great area

Been here only 7 nights and ready to leave. was in a small cramp room and got severly bit by something the second night whiles sleeping. was moved to a nicer room complementary for 1 night but now the wifi gone since thursday so internet sucks.
Now sharing a 2 br which is worst than the first rooms we had. Not very good lighting and the bathroom cramp. Restaurant food on point and staff friendly. otherwise its a good thing im not paying else i would want a refund. sb here till Oct 1 but im going back home. The place sucks and i will not be coming back here again. cant do half a star ratings.

I return to Mayfair every year and I alway see improvements in the aesthetics of the place. The staff is very friendly and the pool is a great place to cool down in the hot summer days. The rooms are clean and air conditioned. I will definitely return to Mayfair.

Office staff is treats you decently but the workers at the pub and cleaners weren't nice. Ruined the experience for me in General. Wouldn't recommend going to this place.

Accomadation is lovely with outdoor pool, bar and restaurant. Airconditioned room with hot water in quiet atmosphere. Safe neighbourhood, close to Devon house and B.Marley Museum. Good price/quality. Friendly staff, although very slow on food and drink orders. Our Jamaican breakfast was luckily worth the wait of 45min. I would come back here.

Went to the secret garden restaurants located at Mayfair and had a wonderful meal. The menu had a wide range of options. We ordered the oxtail as well as the shrimp pasta; both were delicious. The only draw back is customer service. The servers seemed more interested in socialising with each other than doing their job.
