  I sat on hold for minutes! When I finally got someone I got transferred and the line went dead!!!

  Employees seem to not like answering the phones. Been trying to call all day and at times the phone is picked up, the line is open, no one says anything then they disconnect. Or they answer and put you on hold then they disconnect the call. Atrocious!

  It does take forever to get through here, but the staff is helpful and will provide you adequate information as it relates to your issue. You can get passports done here also, pay taxes, pay for learners driver's license etc

  Undoubtedly one of the best tax offices in Jamaica. I love visiting this location because it's very big and has many customer service agents.
  
  I travel from Mandeville to May Pen to use this tax office, always a great experience with lots of real estate to sit & use the rest rooms etc. The lines move fast too compared to those in Kingston or Mandeville
