Please don’t even waste your time and hard earned money I rent two separt cars from this company and they both didn’t even add up to one car the tires rotten and most of the front end isn’t good. I promise you that company will soon be over. They still haven’t even return my deposit I had to get back overseas and call my bank tell them about the whole experience and how horrible of a company I did business with never again that place is disgusting.

Would not recommend this company total rip of and con merchants

We were in Jamaica for almost 3 weeks, we called the company from the UK before we arrived and told them what car we wanted, when we arrived the car had been rented to someone else. We rented another car for 5 days until we got the car wanted.. arrived on the day of swap, car had issues which they were unable to resolve. Rented another car which should have been road worthy. Took car, however the next day the car would not start, they came to our location and replaced the battery. We filled the car with petrol (J$8,700), then drove from May Pen to Ocho Rios, the car shook violently all the way and got worse the further we got into our journey. Contacted the company when we arrived at our hotel, they initially refused to acknowledge there was a problem and accused my partner who is a HGV driver and army trained for 26 years of riding the brakes unbelievable. Eventually after several phone calls they agreed to bring us another car. 2 days later they arrived at the hotel to swap the cars however the car wouldn't start as the battery was flat, there were 3 guys in the car who were supposedly mechanics and they had no tools at all, they asked my partner if he had any pliers…why would he we were on holidayThey then had to find a shop to purchase one, we asked them if the car they brought had petrol in it as we explained that they one they were taking away was full, the reply was..'tank full man' they then left to find pilers and we asked them to call us when they were back so we could check the car over before they leftAfter an hour and 30 mins we wondered what was taking so long, went to reception in the hotel only to find that they had left the keys for the car with security, we checked the car to find there was less than a quarter of a tank of petrol, and all the tyres were bald, unbelievable. We contacted the company on the Monday to make them aware that the car they took had a full tank and they one they left had less than a quarter tank, they offered to gives us back J$3,500 we said this was not acceptable and would discuss with the Manager when we got back. To get back we had to put another J$2,500 therefore a total of J$11,200. When we took the car back we asked to speak to the Manager who again was not available, we asked for J$5,000 back for the petrol and was told no, we can only give J$3,500… so annoyed what a rip off , the Manager refused to talk to us, as we had a flight to catch that day, we had no choice but to accept the amount offered.. Will never use this company again and I advise anyone thinking of using them, not to, as the cars are not fit to be on the road, they are ripping people off, and they are totally incompetent….

Wouldn't recommend it not even to my worst enemy, tire blow out on the high way and they charge me saying is someone cut the tired, and also break down on the road and when I called they just send someone for the key and I have to take back bus to May Pen. No replacement car. Carren car rental is much better.

The staff is very unprofessional, I rented the car for a couple days and pointed out to the lady that inspected the car that it had some issues to the exterior. When I took the car back the guy charged me 100usd for a fender liner which wasn’t there when I got the car. Very displeased, Will never rent from this company again!

I recently rented their 2012 suzuki vitara.license#6905gb with all dents scratches and broken spare tire cover with a screw. Upon driving home the screws gave way and the cover lost. We returned the VAN after 2weeks rental and the owner charge us additional 350US plus hold out deposit of 250US THEN THREATENED TO PUT STOP ORDER ON OUR FLIGHT. Which I think was asinine since he cant do that. We paid for it since they were to drop us at the airport otherwise we would miss our flight.if it was a day prior I would definately get the police involved.DONT RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THE person who damaged it prior have already paid and now us as well.i have pictures of it but I can post it..DONT RENT FROM THEM.i had rented from them prior in 2012 with no problem but the company has gotten greedy and scamming good paying customers.

THE WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.. The Owner Lied about the amount the procedures, and then refused to speak directly to us and told his employee on the phone that speaking to us was irrelevant. He then charged us twice to use a credit card, Overall the experience left us feeling taking advantage off and cheated.
Just Horrific.
