Poor service. Takes forever to get insurance certificates at times and staff don't seem to have the initiative to go beyond what they are instructed to do even when in a given situation, those instructions are ridiculous

They help you find the best rates across the board. Customer service is okay, they send email and text reminder when your coverage is about to expire too.

Very good customer service was received. They have very good 3rd party insurance rates. Comprehensive insurance rates are not as competitive as their 3rd party rates though. Thus, it's seemingly impossible to find a better 3rd party insurance rate than at Marathon but it's very easy to find better comprehensive insurance rates than what is offered at Marathon.
