  Disgusting. Very disappointed with the service. Things are not fully explained until you get into problems. But generally I find insurance companies is all about getting the premiums

  Good knowledgeable staff, wait too is long sometimes for things like paying your monthly installment, they accept credit card but you have to pay extra which is basically extortion in my book
