Disingenuous. Just be prepared to give 1k extra to clean the vehicle even if you got it dirty.

Communication and customer service was horrible. The vehicle that was rented to us had issues with gas needle. The drivers side hubcap came off numerous of times while driving ( May I add which my husband went out his way to fix). To be only be grilled by the employees about the gas which my husband tried to explain to the employee that the gas needle was not properly functioning. I was quoted one rate online then another over the phone. I wanted to rent a Toyota Corolla and paid for the first day rate to be only told that it was rented to someone else. When I spoke with Kevin the day before about the vehicle. The young lady addressed my then fiance as my friend ,brother, cousin of whatever she could think of and she was told by my now husband that he was my fiance as well as I advised her of the same thing. The reason why I didn't address any of the above issues is simply because I was only there for 4 days and did not ruined my vacation or the time that I had with my husband which was short to deal with this mess. I will continue to visit Jamaica over the years but a potential future long term customer was lost because of the way my husband and I were treated. The lack of communication organizations and customer service was very disappointing

I’ve been renting at Kg’s for years now they have nice affordable prices the customer service was very wonderful, I recommend this rental company always.

I have been using this company for over 5 years now and i am super pleased with it. Feel like they are my family always on call to assist and answer my question. I must applaud them also for keeping up the professionalism and extending great rates.

Very disorganised and unprofessional..I was told one set of information with regards to a rental only to be told at the time of pick up that the wrong info was told to me and nothing is availablewith my contact info no-one saw it fit to call!.. Mr. Kevin Griffiths nothing I have stated is a LIEI called at 4:30 and told the car mentioned would not be in at the time stated it even on that day!. Maybe u have an interruption in the flow of information in your office. I guess when I called at 8:45am in the morning inquiring about a vehicle and asking for the above mentioned vehicle at the time stated wouldn't be considered a reservation, also if other arrangements needed to be made such info should have been told at the point of contact.

Kadiann was very professional, the car was great on gas, and we were in and out of the office. The rate was excellent, and the office hours were convenient. I have taken off two stars for the following reasons:
-Updated fitness certificate was not in the vehicle. Just our luck, JCF was conducting random traffic stops.
-Two Hubcaps were missing from the vehicle, of which we noted and let the inspector know at the time of rental. When we returned the vehicle, we were grilled on what happened to the hubcaps.
-Gas tank was on E when rented. We were given $2000 JMD, which was supposed to take the vehicle to half a tank, but in actuality only took the fill line to 1/3. Upon returning the vehicle, we were advised that money would be taken from our deposit, if the gas tank was not taken to half.
-Lastly, $1000JMD was deducted from our security deposit for not getting the car washed. Now granted, I missed the car washing part in the contract. I have been renting vehicles for 20+ years, and this is the first time that I have come across this clause.
I am undecided as to whether or not I would rent from this company again, as the owner and SOME of his employees do not understand customer service. This type of behavior is what keeps many people from doing business with Jamaicans. Substandard customer service and trying to get over should not be the norm! I love my people, but we have to do better.response / report this review -

I rented a Toyota ISIS from them and it ran quite well, no issues. They are very convenient and affordable when compared to mainstream rental agencies. My only con is the rental period of no less than 3 days. But good service though. Will be going back.
UPDATE: I went back to KGs and rented a Mazda 3 and it was perfect, almost a brand new car. It was left-hand-drive ans I did not expect that. But it was good. Great service just the same from them.
