B C & F auto. My husband's pivot window was broken and they replaced it. It cost way more than what Toyota Jamaica would have charged him for an original pivot window but we never knew. The installation was very tacky. Fast forward to when my windscreen got cracked, he still recommended Dr. Glass. I decided to give them a try. I have to agree with all the other reviews about their poor quality work and customer service. If you need some service check out B C & F auto.

The service is average. What I wish I knew before wasting a whole day. they don't automatically stock windshields with heater lines. Wish I had known there was such a thing, they wouldn't have it AND that it would take 3-6 months to get it BEFORE coming here. Buyer beware so now my glass crack is extending by the day and I have no choice but to just get the "defrostless" version. I hear the fix for that is to just turn up the heat in the car and turn on the vent for the glass. Oh well. will update once I have an opportunity to use it.
