Customer service is slow. This is a high traffic locationlunch hour is chaos. You need faster service, or more hands on deck! Otherwise, I'll have to spend another hour and a half in drive through, in a line I came in fifth in! Mind you, cars were lined up from the drice through straight back into traffic.IT IS ALWAYS THIS WAY. SLOW.

The wait was approximately 15 minutes. I ordered spicy wings and BBQ spicy wings both of which were not spicy at all. There was no ginger beer soda. The dining area was clean. The staff was friendly.

Love KFC..hated the experience at this one. Unfriendly staff members chatting the whole time; disorganized; long lines and we left not getting what we wanted even though it was available to order but the cashier didnt know. Sad experience really. I think the management needs to retain their staff members about being guest focused and more efficient

Customer experience is poor but food is one of the, if not the best from all the KFCs ever. Very consistent. If you're willing to wait for a while, go for it!

Has recently been revamped and now it even has a good court and their food actually tastes nice so if your looking for groceries and your hungry check them out but the service at the food court is slow tho not gonna lie so caution.

Poor customer service. Taste/quality not consistent. Something needs to be done to either provide more space for the drive through line or make the line move faster. It is always packed. Its so bad that there have been occasions that I have not been able to turn onto the compound and just opted to go somewhere else or go home.

KFC customer service is the worst. No one cares to satisfy the customer and they work on their own time. Went in the store and the young lady told me that she can't assist me now cause she just came to work, all I needed was a cup lid

First of all it is convenient for this who live in the Old hope road, papine and Liguanea area. It also open until 12 i think and they normally have almost full menu at 10pm, while some KFCs will run out of chicken and zingers by 9. It is a quick convenient stop and the customer service is fast and efficient so you'll be in and out before you know it.

Haven't been there since the renovation but I have to say I love it the renovation was well needed and the customer service there has improved I got through within 5 minutes of ordering.

Generally always packed but for good reason. The food is delicious and the service expedited. However, it would be unwise to risk waiting on service here despite the speedy efforts of staff, as this branch caters to "The Golden Triangle" which stretches from Mona to Liguanea! Have some tea before going.

Kentucky Fried Chicken is a well known fried chicken restaurant that has been doing well in jamaica and the rest of the the Caribbean but not as well in the United States.
In my opinion, it has to do with the recipe (original recipe used in the Caribbean while modified recipes used in the United States). There is always a line at most KFC outlets. Chicken is good, sides are enjoyable, cleanliness needs work, staff normally too busy to be nice. Hey! But the food is good.response / report this review -

Expect a lengthy wait if you're ever going into the drive thru. Service isn't bad just in an area with high traffic. Food is good as expected. Adequate parking and the service when you go inside is way speedier

I had quite an unfortunate experience on Sunday and realized that it was not unusual as several customers commented about the usually slow and poor quality service. It took over 30 minutes for me to be served. The issue was inadequate front line servers and not inadequate food as sometimes is the case. When the server finally packed my order, which I discovered at home was incorrect, she just sailed the bag across the counter the me. I was appalled but grateful to get out of there. Very slow and poor service @KFC Old Hope Rd.

The meals and service here used to be a lot better. It was one of the most popular KFC restaurants in Kingston and St Andrew. Then both the food and the service got very poor. Because of that they're not as popular but they've improved a bit and seem to be constantly improving.

Very fast service with customer friendly employees. They seem to love their jobs and as such smile a lot. A somewhat dangerous place to drive into or to drive out of if you're heading towards Papine while exiting or heading from Liguanea while entering.

I live close to this branch and use it frequently, every time I make a big order something is missing, it being fast food I don't have time to check everything, cause I am in a hurry when I buy kfc. If this had happened once or twice i could understandLast time they omitted 2 coleslaws and I am sick of it I plan to call the parent company and complain.

Most items on the menu are not available after 10pm on average. Worse if you want barbecue chicken.

Went through the drive thruit was helpful and added a measure of safety that there was a security guard at the window to collect cash and hand over the food.

Like all KFCs in Jamaica, they are usually crowded, and this is because Jamaican KFC is the best in the world. Ye I said it. This particular location is close to where I live, so I occasionally go there. The service is OK and the time from ordering to receiving the order can be a little long, but not out of keeping with the number of persons in the branch. This an any KFC in Jamaica is a safe bet. Yummy!

It's a decent KFC, usually satisfied with the meals. It can get annoying when your ordering and then told the item is not available. Can be crowded at times.
