  Good value for money. Dianne and Karen are competent salespeople. Other female staff appeared to be surly. Perhaps they didn't want to be working on a Sunday. The contractor engaged to do deliveries on a Sunday, by his own admission, is inexperienced in manoeuvring sofas into townhouses, hence the scratches on my walls, cedar entrance door and damage done to the sofa bed I bought. Having buyers remorse.
