I ordered a meal about 3 hours ago and up til now l haven't received it. I called back about a hour and a half after making the order and was told 20 minutes (girl talking to the rider in the background asking if he's going my area). Subsequent calls have gone unanswered. Apparently New Harbour Village is the only place they are interested in delivering to quickly. They take your telephone # yet nobody calls to tell u whether there is something wrong or whatever. To be fair to them although l've had to wait long before, this is the first time l haven't gotten the meal at all. That is extremely bad customer service and they need to work on this. Hire more riders to cover the deliveries. Your food is overpriced enough for u to hire more delivery personnel and l have had much better. This doesn't look good on you at all. Shame on you. And then you same Jamaicans complain that the locals don't support your businesses. Here's one reason why some of unuh business fail. Don't know how to treat customers.

Very poor customer service!!!!!!! I enjoy the meal whenever there's no rush but once there's a influx of customers the quality drops. Waiting time is too long. Black man a operate a Chinese restaurant but it nuh up to speed at all. New upgrade looks good though and the delivery man that rides the red bike a good youth. Can tip him a bills whenever him deliver. He has the best customer service. Not even the owner/operator ( the fat black youth) have customer service. As soon as Jamaicans start make some money dem start hype. Humble and read the reviews and make improvements to your business.

Well my experience with them has been 70 out of 100 l, during weekends when there is rush for food the quality drops but during the week its better not sure if they've improved on that area because I've stopped buy for a good while.

I think it is really bad that I have never ordered food from this place with less than an hour and a half wait. They don’t keep in contact or apologize or anything. The food is alright but the money is not worth the long wait and basic taste. I am charged roughly $1000 for the meal and delivery but by the time it arrives I already ate something because it’s that or die of hunger. If you want their food on delivery order 3 hours before you want it🙄🙄🙄

Update tried them again and surprisingly the wait time has been lessened and the food looks and taste well

Bought for the first time tonight and the meat was rancid. When I called and told the manager all he could say is its the first complaint that he has received since night. Call got disconnected. I won't be going back. The atmosphere didn't look clean so I should've known better. Should've gone to KFC.

like every Chinese restaurant we find a wide variety of foods from for chips fried chicken fry potatoes steamed fish fry fish fry review because it's a feel-good food and most of all and their sushi bars are accommodated to Betty of the customers who was used to use eating fish raw but as for me I love their sweet and sour chicken with the vegetable chicken and I really appreciate the service Steven Adams restaurants

The one thing I've always called to order is sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. And it always eat good. Once I call and say my location the cashier say oh a u. Never had a bad experience.

The food was good - vegetable fried rice, but the wait time was EXTREME! When you call for them to deliver, they might not even show up. They may or may not have whatever you want but you won't know until you wait the eternity. Needless to say, I don't do business with Don't Dong anymore.

Worst money I’ve ever spent. Food was horrible, I didn’t get my drink after waiting on delivery for 1hr 35mins AND the cashier (whoever answers the phone) is beyond rude. Not even hunger could have sweetened this sauce and how could I forget? The phone either goes unanswered or straight to voicemail while u wait in limbo to know if your food will actually be delivered. Finally got through to lady who was doused with attitude- asked her they gonna want my number to make contact since I was waiting that long her response, no - not necessary

Bought a special chow mein today and the food smell as if it was burnt, it had no special taste give the idea of a "Chinese dish". The meal was average. Shrimp tasted like it was preheat and sauce was flat. Conclude, I didn't enjoy this meal. As a young chef and customer from 2016 , I rather the previous chef or he needs to focus on getting his game back together.

I bought the mallah chicken with fried rice. The flavor was great, just not excellent like one time. Reason for this , is because the spice was just right 👍 sauce wasn't watery (difference between a sauce and gravy ). However, the lady at the front desk got no manners. She makes it sounds as if the customer is stressing her..her tone of voice and attitude stinks I wanted to disrespect her, but I stood on a professional level 😐.

Food is very bad, fried rice burnt, white rice not cooked nothing taste like it's suppose to the roast pork taste like stir fried pork in oysters sauce with pepper and a tone of salt. I only press that 1 star so i can post my comment. They need someone that knows about Chinese food. I've had Chinese food from just about every parish in Jamaica and this is by far the worst. Delivery guy is very professional and very pleasant but the lady who takes your order when you call is something else!

Food is usually good, delivery is most time prompt, when available, but it's a hassle getting through on their phone line to place an order in recent times. They should also start accepting payment cards.

The food is generally good. There is sufficient seating however inside can be quite noisy. There is a Television as well for small entertainment and a Bar outside. Calling in your order may not be the best option. Walk in is the best but waiting time are generally lengthy.

Tried calling in to place and order and the service was horrible. The person. Who answered the phone was talking to me and others. There was so much noise that neither of us could hear each other. I must've called like 3 times. They will not be getting my money.
