Booked the blue hole tour in ocho rios. paid 40.00 deposit with credit card. was not told could not pay 120.00 balance with credit card. upon arrival for the trip was told must pay cash. we do not travel with a lot of cash so this made a hardship for us for the balance of the cruise. would not recommend this tour company. Was also not satisfied with the tour we went on.

My friends and I had an amazing time! All the excursions awesomely met our expectations. We absolutely loved our driver Michael, he was courteous accommodated all of our needs and remained professional at all times. He taught us so many fun facts about Jamaica to and from our activities and made us feel like locals. When we return we will most definitely book again. Thank you!

Had a great excursion in Ocho Rios with Jaital. DaVida Miller was our guide and stayed with us the entire time. We chose the beach house. It was a gorgeous little home right on the ocean minutes from the cruise port. They only allow for 20 people so it's a great spot to get away and relax. It's very clean and there's padded lounge chairs and a shower to use. You also have access to inside with TV and free WiFi. I highly recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Sylvan. He is a great driver and even better person. Sylvan treated us like family. The drive was enjoyable, entertaining, and informative. The tour was our most memorable experience while in Ocho Rios. If we are ever in Jamaica again, we will definitely book with Jaital again. Thanks.

I did a private catamaran cruise to Ricks for my wedding party and the staff Omar and everyone was amazing. We had the best time. I had a friend with a broken leg come and they helped her get in and off the catamaran which was not a easy chore. We loved the net sunken into the catamaran and getting splashed with the waves. Amazing staff and easy to work with.

We enjoyed a tour with Jaital in Ochos Rios in November 2017. We booked the excursion that took us to Dunns River Falls and then rafting on the White River. Our driver was friendly and reliable. We would book through them again if we went back and decided on another excursion.

Tried booking on their site for a tour in Barbados. Their support was awful, and then they ended up cancelling on me saying it was unavailable, no further details. Seem pretty unreliable, won't ever use them again.

After posting this they contacted me saying how unfair this review is and harassed me to take it down. I won't because my experience with them has been 1 star.

Wonderful experience. We came to Falmouth on a Royal Caribbean cruise and did the rum tour. Our driver was awesome and we had a blast! Jaital as a company is extremely professional. I booked online before my cruise and had no problem.

The Bob Marley tour was a fascinating experience. Our driver, Sylvan, was easy to get along with and very friendly. We really liked that we had a private vehicle for the tour as we were able to enjoy it a lot more rather than being on a big tour bus. He made sure we got to the Mausoleum in one piece and made the trip effortless on our end.

The Bob Marley tour was marvelous. The rich history and culture really opened our eyes as we were able to experience first hand the stories we have heard from abroad.

We also did a second tour with Jaital. The Dunns River Falls excursion was amazing. Our driver, Orlando, did an excellent job and went out of our way to ensure our trip was enjoyable and hassle free. He went above and beyond our expectations and was super friendly.

The Dunns River climb was great and our guide Dave did a good job in making sure we made it safely up the falls.

All in all, a memorable experience

Jaital was so key in making our Jamaican stop enjoyable, stress and hassle-free!!! We had a cab waiting for us they took us to a resort. Glenroy drove us and we really enjoyed his company. He was prompt, polite, courteous and professional. Great service!.

We booked our excursion in Ocho Rios through Jaital instead of the cruise line and it was by far the best excursion of our six day cruise. Our driver was professional and told us so much about the island on our way out to the resort. We will book with Jaital on our next cruise.

Bob Marley Experience:
Amazing and unique experience! Going to Nine Mile up in the mountains, visiting the house of the Marley family, the mausoleum Don't leave Jamaica without doing this!
Very affordable and unforgettable!

This was our first cruise so we were a little nervous about how things worked and were concerned that we might not get back to the ship on time. I had sent them a couple of emails before we booked with them and they promptly responded each time. We were very pleased with Jaital's services. As soon as we exited the cruise ship in Ocho Rios and walked out the gate towards Oceans 11 the Jaital representative was waiting for us. They were very nice to deal with. The driver gave us details of the area as he drove, then when we arrived at Dunn’s River Falls he took us right up to the gate. He went in and had an employee come out to meet us and put our bracelets on while others had to stand in line waiting. He was at the gate waiting for us when we finished. He drove us to the restaurant and even went in with us to talk to the waitress to insure we were taken care of properly. An hour later he came back to pick us up and drove us to the shopping areas. We were very pleased with this company and will use them again when we return.

The driver was slightly late, but it wasn't a big deal since it was a little rainy, so the timing worked out great. Our driver was awesome, and pick up went well afterwards. The Dunns River Falls experience was great!
We thought the tours were very well priced through Jaital, a lot better than if we had booked it through our resort, so we would definitely book with you guys again!!

We used Jaital Tours for the DunnRiver Falls Tour. Our driver was professional waited at the falls the whole time while we were there. Yes Jaital just secure a driver and get their cut but the drivers are no different then the ones the other groups use. We would use Jaital again with no hesitation.

Very professional. Easy to book. They came right to our hotel and dropped us back off. Driver was nice and patient. Made sure we had enough time for all activities. Safe driver too.
