I have seen some bad service in Jamaica but here takes the cake. What a horrible experience, neither the employees nor the owner have any idea of what customer service is.
Trash service, trash customer care, trash products.
Do not waste your money!

I recently visited Jamaica and during my visit I came across Islandgems Jewelry while I was looking for a gift for my wife to celebrate our 4th Anniversary. I was introduced to their custom manufacturing service which peaked my interest which lead me to have a personalized name plate necklace made for my wife. I was very impressed with the level of service provided and the turn around time for the custom job to be completed. My wife love her necklace and I owe it all to Islandgems Jewelry. I can't wait for my next trip back to Jamaica, I will definitely visit Islandgems Jewelry again.

I don't think 5 stars does this place justice! When it comes to customer service, I believe there's nobody who is more committed to keeping their customers totally satisfied than Islandgems jewelry.
Rarely will you find such a high quality showroom of jewelry and jewelry services, with such a friendly, professional approach. Islandgems Jewelry has been operating with the highest value placed on customer service since day one. I get compliments often about my purchased items! I have also had numerous personnal pieces repaired. Thank you so much! Your staff is very proffessional and friendly! Many many thanks to the owner who is always such a great help!
