We visited a couple of yearsback but still want to return. The staff was super fun, the spa is a must visit. Rooms are spacious & food is awesome for adults & children. We parasailed, went ATV riding & family enjoyed the daily activities.

We visited a week ago and this place is just amazing. The Italian and Calabash restaurants food is awesome and the buffet has lots of local cuisine and other varieties of food daily. Thank You too all the staff and Assistant Manager Lij Keith who made our trip memorable. We will definitely be returning there in the near future.

This place is amazing!! Right on the beach with plenty of pools and a swim up bar overlooking the ocean. The buffet is amazing as well!!!

The overall vibe of this place was very relaxing, the all inclusive speaks for itself. also worth noting be sure to tip everyone from your servers to the bellhop they go above & beyond

Comfort style fun all you could ask for on your vacation, the staff is great food is good beach is excellent Wi-Fi is free. Food and drinks are all inclusive there is a kids water park and a lazy river located there, Also there is a theater and disco at nights. A kids club if you travel with kids. The rooms are excellent and spacious with a mini bar located in them which is also 🆓. There is food 24hrs a day and bars all around with drinks of your choice, this is a great choice for your destination vacation.

Overall a great resort for being all inclusive.. Very clean well kept nice staff.. Some areas arent well lit or had poor lightning. Food is a hit or miss at some of the reserved restaurants. Would i come back yes

This is a fabulous resort. The photos don't do it justice! We are going back for our second trip in as many years even though prices are creeping up, because other resorts we've been to (including one more expensive one) pale in comparison.

Warm, friendly and welcoming. Perfect for families, as they offer lots to keep the kids entertained. But, just as wonderful for people without kids. Watersports,live entertainment, casino, jacuzzi, spa, just to name a few activities offered for adultsdefinitely a must visit for all looking for a well balanced vacay!!

I arrived on September 27, 2017 and the staff are amazing. They are very helpful. They would go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They are very friendly and they make you feel at ease. They take of my needs and they are very effecient and effective. The food is very good. Entertainment is world class. The performers world class. This resort is well maintained and very clean. I am enjoying my stay here. Way to go ibereostar. Thumbs up yeah.

Most staff were very friendly, especially Peaches (Kemar Haynes) in entertainment and Melonie in the dining room. The food and the variety of it was also very good. Aunt Ruby's brought the score down from perfect. Our group was off to a bad start as we were placed on a floor that had renovation work going on immediately outside our doors; and we were not offered a welcome drink upon arrival. However, the management sent a gift to one of our reassigned rooms ( should have been 2 gifts as we had 2 rooms) and my daughter received her own mini birthday cake which was a very nice touch. I would recommend that the Lazy River be energized with water features that moves you along as you float. We would return.

Relaxing, staff very helpful and very quiet during the month of June. However some on site family friendly events. Some nightlife available; however, there are timeshare folks on the hunt (do the math before you sign up, it may or may not be worth it).
