Rooms were clean. Bathroom was lovely. Food was great especially with the option of going to the neighboring Hyatt. Great place for drinks, food, and sun.

This trip was absolutely incredible. We are so impressed with the staff, Z crew and food. The resort grounds are amazing, the amenities top notch. We saved up and came for our 10th wedding anniversary and will treasure the memories and experience for a lifetime. Thank you to everyone from Hyatt Zilara.

Amazing trip. The cleanliness of the resort was amazing, cleaned daily. All the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. We were very sad to leave. We would certainly stay at Hyatt Zilara again.

Right now I am sitting on the pool deck at the Zilara soaking in the beautiful sun at this incredible resort. The wait staff is incredibly pleasant, friendly and so grateful for our business. I can't speak highly enough about our butlers.
As far as the food goes I have dined at many fine restaurants and I must say i have enjoyed the cuisine at Zilara very much.
The only draw back for me at this resort is the rocky beach.response / report this review -

On my honeymoon. I paid for a beach view. I did not get it. I paid for 24/7 butler service. They were never around. Only to see the two assigned to my wife and I with other families pouring their wine, taking them in golf carts. Bringing food and drinks down to the pool. Not once did I receive any of those benefits. I tried to address at the hotel, the only remedy they offered me was to accommodate the room I actually paid for was to offer me the room I was supposed to get the following Sunday if my flight was cancelled. I tried to address with Hyatt corporate, they threw some bonus points in my account and said they were sorry. Very disappointing. Resort was average minus that I did not get what I paid for. Do not waste your time and money. I would rate a zero if I had the chance.

We had the opportunity to escape the cold of winter and enjoy a restful and relaxing 1 week stay at Zilara in November. Such a beautiful hotel. Grounds are well kept and rooms were clean and very modern. We enjoyed beautiful views of the ocean from rather large balconies with comfortable lounge chairs and sofa. Food was also tasty with our favourites being the beach grill, Italian and buffet restaurants. The nightly entertainment was good. We truly enjoyed the Michael Jackson show and the Reggae band. The staff at Zilara do their best to ensure each and every guest feel welcome. Special shout out to all staff and hotel leadership who have clearly taken professionalism and customer service to the highest level. You know who you aretoo many to individually name. Collectively you work as a team and are family. Our overall stay was memorable. We will definitely return again and soon.

cleaning services sucked. i don't think they even mopped my room once. My wife and i didn't get any of the turn down service on our wedding night. Took 3 days to restock the mini fridge. Only thing we got was a thank you card from the wedding planner that works for the resort. Which the wedding planner was great. She was very helpful. I think the lobby bar was the only one open after midnight. Almost everything was closed 10pm. The candle light dinner was good and the server was great. The poor guy was running acrossed the whole resort to bring us our food. So if anyone from the Hyatt reads this get Kevin a golf cart. The shows we saw were very good. But in the end we had fun just don't think we will return to this resort.

Excellent service! All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My absolute favorite part of the vacation was getting to know the staff members. They're so personable and outgoing and eager to assist. The weather and sites are so beautiful. Looking forward to returning soon!

This resort is EVERYTHING you could imagine and more. This is coming from someone who has stayed at many different resorts/hotels in many countries and states and Hyatt Zilara Rosehall is by far the BEST. They deserve every bit of their 5 star rating. The Staff is exceptional! The resort is gorgeous. The food is great and always readily available. I am honestly shocked to see any negative review that just simply shows how you cant please everyone some people will always see the glass half empty. Although there is light construction going on not once did it distract me or hinder my stay. I am someone who reads reviews in detail before I book a hotel and I must say you won't be disappointed. I did not want to come back home! In addition it looks even better than the pictures in person!
