The people here are so friendly. Our plans was on a delay and we came to the resort late with everything closed and the chief made us a plate just so we could eat. The staff is very accommodating and I told my girlfriend that this is going to be our honeymoon destination. The island is beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel.. Very large and relaxing. I went there for the day to spend my birthday. The food from one of the main dining hall wasn't the best. But the bartenders really know what they are doing. Especially Errol from the main lobby bar he knows how to make some delicious drinks!!

Bathroom was molded.room was dirty. staff was great ,friendly, not enough for kids to do. Overall we had a great time.

I was an overnight guest at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites. Attended a wedding at The Grand hotel and had a meal at the Rose Hall beach property. The great thing about staying at the Suites is that you have all access at the Beach Resort. We ate at the beach restaurant location. Open to the beach and great food and service. Nice view of the ocean and the pier where all the water activities are located for the resort.

The room was really nice and had a beautiful beach view.

Conference facility was also great. There was enough variety where the food was concerned. I was pleased. Staff was also pleasant. I would go back.

We stayed at the Rose Hall Beach Resort

Pros:
*incredible food and drinks
*clean
*beautiful lobby
*smooth check in from airport to resort
*professional staff
*stores and restaurants all close by and central
*lots of room to sit and lounge
*beautiful outdoor grounds
*does not feel crowded
*front desk calls to check in, always quick to address any concerns
*seated staff to organize dinner nights and times
*great coupons to use on site
*a few indoor fun activities to do, coffee always available in lobby when lounging
*stocked fridge with even beer
*drinks fresh ice cold!
*amazing machines and coffee selection
*lots of tropical trees
*beautiful lights throughout outdoor grounds
*excellent wifi
*free use of safe in room

Cons
*staff not warm
*constant asking for photos from photo shop
*night shows Americanized rather than reflecting the Jamaican Culture
*disorganized at New Orleans Restaurant
*tub in washroom chipped
*should have an indoor pool
*lights not always on during early evenings areas seemed dark and gloomy
*no security on beach a lot of locals
*lots of seaweed sand short
*garden view is on fake grass no view to anything
*need more hangers in closets

Great beach, lots of activities for families with kids and singles alike. Nice pool with a swing up bar. Rooms are basic but passable. 3 reservation required restaurant's and one buffet.

Incredible resort! Nice rooms, very friendly staff, outstanding food and service! They treat us as a family! All inclusive bar makes your day in the pool and around. Great tours, night shows and finally - beautiful beach and sea! Can't wait to get back there again! Thank you IBEROSTAR!!!

We are staying here and been having a blast. The entertainment team has been great and the food has been great as well.

Couple notes: you can email ahead to but the restaurant if you want to - those with kids might want the earlier sitting time.
This is the lowest of the three resorts so you can't move to the other ones.

For being the cheapest of the three Iberostar's, it was still paradise! Lots of entertainment and bars. Big lobby to hang in. You didn't go hungry. My only caution is being with the rooms motel-style outside, I would not have wanted to walk alone in the halls at night.

Very friendly, helpful staff. There wasn't much to see on the property; just the run of the mill hotel design. Their dinner menu needs a little more variety to it. The menu was the same for two straight days.

Very beautiful! I have been there twice and am looking forward to my next visit. The customer service is great! A wide variety of food to choose from including local cuisine. The property is large and beautiful. There is daily entertainment for both locals and tourists to enjoy.

Iberostar Rose Hall Beach is ammmaaazzzingggg!!! This is the first time I've been to a resort and I have never been so impressed before. The staff in each department are extraordinary! They put in so much effort into making sure that we are enjoying ourselves, no matter how the weather is, rain or shine. Their energy is off the roof every day there is something to do, whether it be bingo, dancing games, racing games etc. I have never seen people be out in the burning sun making conversation with people, asking if they are alright and constantly having a smile on their faces. And the food was beyond my expectation. Everyday there was something new, something different and it was freshly made. The servers are one of the reasons why I would come back again.Oh and cannot forget to mention the very intense but fun volleyball games they have. I could on and on but everyone should experience it at least once. Shout out to my favourite people who made my first experience something I could never forget, Tony, String Bean, Teddy Bear and Mr.Neat. These guys are crazy but their energy is out of this world. Extremely hard working and there will never be a moment where you will feel bored.You guys are all great people and I will definitely be back for sure!!!

Just spent 10 days at the Iberostar Rosehall Beach. Fantastic time. Great food. Easy access around the resort. Pool, beach and restaurants are all close to each other. Elevators provide easy access to rooms and the lobby. All staff are very friendly. Very nice fitness facilities. Be sure to check the activity board to see what is happening daily. Our first trip to Jamaica . I am sure we will be back for another visit.

This place is amazing! All inclusive is the way to go. The food was great as well. This was my first time out if the country and I will definitely return. The staff always is available and they don't mind answering questions. The drinks are great too!

Excellent pool and gym facilities. The food is fabulous. The rooms are lovely and the staff are friendly. They have a few specialty restaurants as well. Also, remember there are actually 3 separate properties with varying offerings. Definitely a top choice hotel in Jamaica

Spent 4 nights at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites and have nothing but good things to say about it! I have done other all-inclusive resorts previously and enjoyed them, but the Iberostar just seemed to do everything a bit better. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check in was quick, then booked our restaurants for the stay. The room was great, lots of space, comfortable, mini bar, balcony over looking the pool area. The pools were wonderful, the infinity pool over looking the Sea was my fav. And the food! It was exceptional! Better than what I have had at other AI. Buffets had great selection, everything was fresh and delicious. And the food a the dinner restaurants was amazing. Highly recommend this resort
