  I experienced one of the best Jamaica customer service interaction in a long while. I called to schedule and re-schedule an appointment for my grandmother and the staff was very helpful. Karen Anderson, was also very helpful by initiating email dialogue about my grandmother's appoint and report pick up, because of my overseas location. This saved me a few dollars on my phone bill. Wish more customer service in Jamaica adopts a similar attitude towards their customers.

  Nurse Bryce is very efficient and helpful the telephone operator is extremely pleasant BUT one of the receptionist is unhelpful and tact less (the red one) otherwise it's smooth sailing once you get here
