  After being so disgruntled due to the mediocre service received at first and the terrible after service, there was one person who gave me an insight of what the wow experience felt like. Mark reminded me what quality customer service really is. Thank you Mark for addressing my issue and for following up with me to make sure that all went well with my kids. This is now officially my number one medical center. Keep up the good work!

  Excellent service and staff. The setting speaks to the service that they offer as a Kidz Klinik.
