I ordered online for delivery but they say it takes 20-30 minutes. Mine is taking almost an hour to get here . It should take them 5 minutes to get here. I am not even that far from them. Literally 5 minutes it said on the map.

Service said 12 mins, and after 20 mins I had to ask for my pizza. It was sitting inside and no one called my name!

**Expect a delivery time of an hour or more and be prepared to warm up cold pizza each time**
Oh, how times have changed. I remember the days when Domino's used to give napkins with your pizza order, now I use my own. It's very rare to get a hot pizza these days (delivery not pickup), so I have to microwave. Garlic crust? You can barely taste it. It's really a hit or miss these days unfortunately.
I've also mentioned to the store several times after I order online, that it doesn't give me a delivery option..but nothing has been done about it. So I still have to call every.single.time after placing an online order to have them switch it to delivery (I'm hoping this platform will help them rectify the issue).
Ordered a soda today (I barely drink it and felt for one today), and they didn't have the one I wanted so they just sent a random one without calling first. The only reason I didn't send it back is because it really was not the rider's fault.
Hoping that they can get back to basics and provide a product with service that counts.report this review -

Pick up was a breeze. I ordered mine online using their website and I could track it's progress from start to finish with their progress meter. Their packaging lot isn't full depending on the time of day you visit

This location is always clean and nice and never have to wait out of the ordinary waiting time. Well done guys your good to good pizza always fresh and nice and the cheesy or garlic bread is a must.

They are usually efficient. The customer service has improved. The rebuild has helped with better layout and function. Overall, a better experience.

The layout is great, allows you to dine in if desired or take out. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Strongly recommend giving email address or sign up online, and get exclusive offers

The taste of their pizza improved so much since I last tried it. Will certainly buy from them again. They dont get many sit-in diners but the ambiance is not bad.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Adequate parking. Ordered online was easy and they have an online tracker so you can track your orders. Pizzas were great and inexpensive.

This is one of the original Dominos Pizza store in Kingston. It is located 5 mins drive from Half-Way-Tree. The outlet was recently expanded and refurbished in keeping with Domino's new concept which allows you to see the persons making your Pizza. The store now has seating available so customers can dine in store . The staff here are very friendly and usually provide good customer service. On average it normally takes about 15-20 Mins. for you to receive your order. There is ample parking at the front of the store.

Easy stop but cheese 🍕 was very salt. This was a quick stop on a rainy evening.
Staff was courteous and professional, the service took reasonable time and was ok.
The surroundings were clean and sanitary. This really a pickup spot and not for dinning experience.
