Worst experience ever, waited 3 hours for my order to be delivered and never got my order or a call back. Should be closed down
Worst customer service... ..worst fast food restaurant i have ever been to the staff was hostile and unfriendly. That store need new management and traning on customers service
They close at 11 pm in barbican yet I have been calling since 9.30 pm with no reply. Not sure what that is about. I called new kingston and they answered right away. I will not drive to new kingston just for pizza. And still, you will not deliver on my street. Edited: Just called back and got a lackluster sounding girl. Terrible service. The service sucks!

Kids didnt like the pizza and the wings were not good....i remember the food tasting better than this years ago
Great food but very slow service consistently with bad customer service, you can barely get them on any of their contact numbers and when you do place an order it is guaranteed to be almost always severely late

The pizza is fine, but this is my third time ordering wings and in all honesty, it is horrible. They should just stick the pizza making and leave the wings alone. I do enjoy their pizza and buy their on a regular basis but I regret buying the wings completely.
If I feel to order Pizza Hut, I ALWAYS order from Barbican Centre. There is a difference! The slices are more wholesome, the pizza just tastes fresher. Go to order is the Amazing Four with BBQ sauce for 1950. Can’t imagine ordering from anywhere else. And they are consistent with their orders - haven’t had a bad order.
However that promotion they had with the cheesy bites or whatever it was called (that’s why they got a 4/5) was not pleasing to my eyes or my stomach. The crust (cheesy bites) was well done and the pizza couldn’t hold its triangular shape so it fell apart. Learn to learn from that - stick to the evil that you know and don’t follow fads/trends.
Side note: the customer service I would give a 3/5 though.

First time here, we had to call for someone around the back to let us know we were there..., but for the most part I appreciate the convenience of a pizza Hut in the area.

I don't understand what kind of pizza place this is. I called for a delivery at 2pm From the havendale branch and I was told that they are not taking delivery orders at this time, not sure why? I called new Kingston and they apparently no longer do deliveries. I finally decided to call the barbican branch and they told me to call havendale because they don't deliver to my address, so I guess I am just out of luck. All I know is that I called dominoes right after and they could deliver no problem.
Good food, good price, but the portions are small and there is no eating area.

We in Montego Bay are very disappointed with your delivery service. We live at Breadnut Close Reading and your Fairview Branch told us that you do not deliver in Reading. Where as your Domonies outlet does so.get with it and expand your delivery service . As I write I hear the Bykes delivering to adjoining town houses at Sterling Manor.
The highlights for we are:
1. The customer service- It was great; they are asked relevant questions and explained why they questions were being asked. The rep politely asked if I knew were the location was and asked me to describe it where it is. She explained that other persons where going to another location for pick up hence her questions.
2. Turn around time- I ordered over the phone and the rep stated that I would take 15 minutes for pic. I arrived within 15 minutes and my order was ready. This is commendable for an order place on Saturday evening ( peak period).
