Complete Shit. Their customer service representatives (One in particular named Sheldon) don't have a fucking clue what they're doing. Got charged over J$7500 dollars for service that usually would cost $2,200 that should have been express service guaranteed to arrive in 4 days. The package arrived a week later. Totally unnaceptable. And the number for Jamaica only works when it bumboclaat feels like. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND DO NOT USE DHL TO SEND ANYTHING TO CANADA. EVER.

Might be more cost effective for you to book a flight and go pickup whatever it is you want shipped by DHL that way you can guarantee your items will be where they need to be at the appropriate time and in GOOD working condition. Simply put USE SOMEBODY ELSE

When I first used them, their service was fast and efficient, second time was good too. I used them in December and is still waiting on my package, I called and was told one thing, called back and was told another and still haven't received my thing. Customer service is very poor.

As a customer sending from overseas this service sucks.. it's been month and I'm yet to have my parcel delivered and this after I've paid whatever custom charges over 2 weeks ago.
