Went there for a used part for my car. ABS motor to be exact. They sold me a defective part that triggered my ABS fault light, park break warning light and engine check light. Returned it to them on Tuesday after it was purchased on the preceeding saturday. Couldn't return it Sunday because of closure and had to work late Monday. They have refused to refund the money for the defective part sold. Have to be contemplating going to the consumer affairs commission and fair trading commission to get redressed. The father and owner was a fair man but the son left in charge is ruthless and very unfair. Becareful when buying used parts from this establishment and make sure they test any part being sold to you before receiving it. I failed to do that before taking the auto part and am now paying the price in terms of time and effort to get my redress.

They have a wide variety of used parts and some new items as well even some hard to get items. They have been known to sell faulty good in the past. I recommend checking them out for nose cuts for Toyota's and hondas.

The customer service is so poor it doesn't deserve a rating. They have a problem refunding money and continuously try to force things on you do not want to buy. I was told I could get a credit note, which I refused, seeing that I will not be caught dead doing business with them again. And being that I was adamant to get my money, I was told I was worst than cesspool by the owner/manager. Can you imagine? Just because I had the audacity to ask for what is duly owned to me. Smh. Unbelievable!
