  There was still dust on my dashboard and customer service was really poor. I was rushed to move out of a space when I was inspecting the job done, thats no way to treat a customer.

  It's a good place to get your car wash and just sit and chill while it's being done.

  Expensive. I'm paying $350 more than my regular place! But my car looks great. Environment feels friendly and safe. Free WiFi! Newspaper, bar/food shop and enough seating. Will come back if I'm doing business in the area.

  Good food
  Car wash -they do a good job at wash/vac. However they are always busy. LONG wait times and the Owner/manager (Brown guy) not so friendly.
  Prices are reasonable
  You can have your car washed, Dine or do take out for food or chill out at the bar.
  Parking is tight all day every day.
  Centrally located on Hope Road

  I am not at all happy with their service. I bought a battery yesterday, but half an hour later the car broke down, so it was not a battery problem. I could not return this new battery. They would not even give me less money back. I paid J$10.200 !
  So if you need a battery for less, let me know!

  I love karaoke and heard that Our Place had it on Wednesdays. Big up the parking attendant he's the only one that made me feel like me presences was welcomed. He immediately assisted me in finding a park and helped me park. At the bar saw four girls behind the bar, all left one by one without serving me. I stopped the last one and asked to be served. That was my last interaction with an employee until I needed more ice for my drink some 45 min later. Which I had to leave the table outside to go back inside the bar.
  Pros: Parking attendant, food (jerk chicken), and if you're a regular, your checked on.
  Customers who were called by name was having a great time.

  Food is always good, servicing size is relatively large, the only problem I have with the venue is the limited parking, especially during lunch hour

  I like the location, opening hours, the fact that food and drinks are onsite, good seating options and a pool table. It's just across from Sovereign Centre so you can pop over and run errands in the meantime. Prices are competitive and they've got a wide range of services. Professionalism could be improved but even so staff are competent and hardworking.
