We had booked with another company that was very non responsive and left us not confident that they would be there upon our arrival. So when Reggae Tours was able to accommodate our request for an airport transfer only 4 days before arrival it was a breath of fresh air!

Not only did they confirm the ride several times in the days leading into the trip, when we started with our trip they had our driver put us on the phone to make sure we were properly taken care of.

Our driver Aaron met us promptly with a smile and a hug, was an excellent driver who gave us a lot of facts about the beautiful island along with a great experience both to and from our hotel.

We would highly recommend Reaggae Tours to anyone who needs an airport transfer or guide throughout Jamaica

We had an excellent experience with these folks! First off, it’s incredibly convenient to schedule everything online, even on a mobile device, and get immediate confirmation with all the details you need. Secondly, they have clean vehicles for private transport. No need to get on a bus that stops at various places. Finally, the staff was so friendly. They understand that this is time off for us and we want to relax and enjoy. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Mario!

Staff were at desk #18 at the Montego Bay Airport as expected and warmly welcomed us by name. In a few minutes we were taken to our transfer vehicle and offered free cold water and beer. The driver pointed out some landmarks along the way. The whole interaction was an example of great customer service and the cost was less than the other competing services.
