I went there to replace a defective battery as per the store's warranty. I know they had to check battery, but it seemed they dragged their feet. I buy all my batteries and hydraulic fluid and oils at this business and expected they would treat me just as good when buying and/or returning stuff. They did replace the battery but the process felt labored.
