It's like a little bit of nature smack in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Nice chill spot and there is always someone ready to take pics for you and print immediately!

Cecil Charlton Park is now a bird haven. At about twilight each evening, they put on a show. And what a beautiful spectacle it is. It is wonderful to watch. They distract us from the monotony of waiting. They swoop up and down and around in droves, blanketing what's left of the blue sky.

Tiny but welcoming attractive park in the heart of Mandeville's centre. Does a lot in beautifying the town, very clean with cool refreshing breeze blowing at all hours. Benches available for relaxing. Lots of historic appeal worked into the park as well such as busts and accompanying plaques for the park's namesake Cecil Charlton and Norman Manley, who was born in the parish of Manchester. There are signs about neighbouring historic buildings, namely the Mandeville Courthouse and St. Mark's Anglican Church. Even the water fountain is significant, telling a story about Manchester's bauxite history. A must-see while in this neck of the woods

This park is a very nice well maintained park. Unfortunately it is only open on special hoilday to the public. This Mandeville,s land mark . It is located in the center of Mandeville next to the Mandeville court house.

Minus the fact that some of the staff are hostile when you try to take pictures on the grass my experience was lovely. Its a lovely environment to catch your breath after shopping. The flowers, grass, history signs and the fountain are highlights for me.

It's a nice chill spot but Mandeville need more 24hrs services inclusive of food locations, rest stops, gas stations and more This park can't get more than a 3 star.
