Bathroom kinda small in my opinion but overall a very nice place. Beautiful view and the staff was great except one staff who was responsible for cleaning the bathroom. For some reason she was mad the bathroom got wet and that sand was in the bathroom. Remember it's a beach and she doesn't want the bathroom to be wet or have sand in it. Other than that, was a beautiful place, the managers were very pleasant and understanding to our issues. I would definitely go again.

The customer service at Bamboo Blu was above and beyond. You can come just for the restaurant or also enjoy some time on the beach, either way, you'll definitely have a good time. I went for my friend's birthday and they definitely showed her a good time. I would go back.

Went to Bamboo Blu with some friends, and I am giving it 2 stars because of the portion size served; it was measly for the price. We ended up going to Scotches after. The beach, however, was great.

Great food, good atmosphere and the environment is much nicer than typical beaches. Just wish the prices weren't all in USD. Some Jamaican dollar pricing would be appreciated as well.

In order to use the beach, you have to food from the restaurant. Overall the beach is nice but there is a coral reef close by which limits the swimming area but you get enough area to submerge yourself. The water is clear with minimum waves. You do have to pay for beach chairs ($1200 JMD) and cabanas ($4200 JMD), there is free seating but it is further away from the shoreline. Shares the same shoreline with Club Hotel RIU Ocho Rios.

Only had the burgers at the restaurant which cost $12 USD and it looked like a reggae jammin' burger you can get at the supermarket in the frozen foods section but it is a tourist area after all.

Nice restaurant and bar on a great little beach. Staff are professional, and friendly. Great place for anyone who wants to spend a day at the beach or grab a quick bite. Bathrooms need updating and better maintenance, but that is the only reason this place doesn't get five stars. It's my default venue for a beach day.

The decor was very attractive extensive use is made of bamboo, rocks and other natural materials. All this overlooking the beautiful Caribbean sea. The food is pretty decent and the service excellent.
