Initially was turned off at entry with a look and a welcome that sounded like a question of what somebody looking like me was doing in there.
Warmed up a bit and helped me out. Minus 1 star for the low variety of gender based assortments and items and 1 star for the greeting and look entering.

Called put thru to a customers advisor which send me pictures when I ask to do my order there was no response from her ( shanelle) all I wanted was to order flowers fo my mom 60th so disappointed worst customer service ever

I do not live in Jamaica but wanted to deliver a giftbasket for someone, so I called them and told them what I wanted in the basket and what was my budget, so they organised it. It was a great experience as they facilitated the payment on the phone, they kept in contact with me, sent me pictures of the basket and acknowledged me when it was going to be delivered. I was getting frustrated as I had no way to get that present delivered but they took charge of everything and worked around my budged. The person loved the basket too. So, I highly recommend this business.

Nice gift shop. Wide variety to choose from for males and females. Floral bouquets, fruit and food gift baskets. They offer delivery and the staff is friendly and helpful. They are a little pricey.

All Wrapped Up provides exquisite/fine gift items and baskets as well as fresh floral bouquets. Staff is very helpful and friendly. It's never crowded, but be prepared to spend a bit of time inside. Whilst they are not cheap, they do a reasonable job tailoring something for your pocket (or credit card).

V'DAY is SPOILED due to this company. I have been a client of All Wrapped Up for the past 7 years. I have introduced numerous individual and corporate clients over the years. Being an hands-on person I have always gone in and chosen my packages accordingly. In recent years my partner have become a client. In 2015 he paid for a Valentine's arrangement which was never delivered. Then he returned in 2017 and ordered two packages which were AGAIN NEVER DELIVERED although he went in a day before and did a CASH PAYMENT for over $30,000 and outline the early delivery time which was agreed upon. This is utter disrespect. There is no explanation for the blatant disregard of time and money. I have severed ties with this company as they have grown irresponsible and inefficient. Mistakes can be made but not so many time at the clients expense. Furthermore when he returned for the funds, no one is willing to take some responsibility or help to appease the process. SO SAD THE WAY HOW BUSINESS is DONE at ALL WRAPPED UP in FAILURES.
