We spent 15 minutes looking at different iWatches. The three sales persons did not day even good morning, and nobody approached us (of course I could have asked for assistance, but I wanted to see, what happens).

Just like any computer shop, they take your money and hand you over the product. Don't expect anything more than that in the customer relationship department. Just spent €2K on a computer, came back with an issue, they just denied any further help.
