I shop here every year while visiting Rome and continue to experience poor service. The reason I persist is that the products are very nice, let down by poor service from what appears to be a large number of staff on the floor, and too few at the cashier. Today I waited downstairs for a while with another woman and eventually someone said that we must go upstairs- we did, and waited in a long queue for 15 minutes while three staff muddled their way through purchases that were piling up. I really don't understand why the service is so abysmal here- a large central city store where systems are awrythere's plenty of competition these day.

Nice, large store, and classic, good quality clothing. I love the style and atmosphere here. The sales are fabulous! A much better shopping experience than the cheap fast fashion shops.

The store was not a well stocked as other stores we have visited.
I was very disappointed. The stores in Spain are better supplied and
