The kindness, the preparation of the staff and the speed with which their requests are processed, distinguish this store; in addition, the guys at the front office speak English very well. The variety of products offered is very wide, the services are explained and proposed with extreme clarity and courtesy. Recommended!

If I could have given zero stars I would have done it. Bad consulting service. I recommend not going to this store to avoid advice exclusively interested in selling products and subscriptions. I had asked for advice on a rechargeable with the over 60 rate for one month of use and I was made to sign a credit card subscription contract for 24 months. I was told that the rate would be renewed after one month of subscription (July 14) and yesterday (August 1) I was charged for renewal after 14 days. Transparency and trust remain outside the shop door. To never again. Ms. Ventura.

Very kind, helpful, they take the time to answer your questions, and do more than they should.
To say, I accompanied a friend who does not speak Italian to buy a wi-fi device: they had all the patience to explain to me every single option available and to wait for me to translate everything, and in the end, in addition to providing her with the best solution convenient, by applying an additional small courtesy discount (of their own free will), they also offered her a new cheaper rate plan (of their own free will!)
A kind of customer focus that is rarely found. Super recommended.response / report this review
