Radio taxi is an awful taxi company! I was forced to walk home with a heart condition in the middle of the night after they didn't show despite a website reservation AND a call. If you can flag one,you might only get scammed by the drivers who "don't take credit" but it's better than dealing with the call center. God help you if you don't speak Italian and have a large group, because radio taxi wont.

If you are still not sure that this is the worst taxi service on the planet, feel free to read this review. They ignore calls by people who don't speak Italian, don't pick up customers despite website reservations and even if you have the business owner of your restaurant call in Italian and explain this is a family and its 1am, they will still confirm they are coming, and laugh the night away as my whole family walked home in the middle of the night. Awful, a clear abuse of monopoly power. Awful.

I booked a taxi to Salerno train station and got the confirmation. However, no taxi showed up and nobody contacted me. I waited for more than 10 minutes, and had to catch a bus to avoid missing my train.

Nice driver, helped pack the taxi with all our luggage and unpacked. He then insisted on €5 extra for the fair. Use cash and not Visa when paying for cabs with Radio Taxi Salerno as they punch in their own tip.
