Location is decent, walking distance to many shops,bars, restaurants & train stop. Our room was lovely. Clean and the decor is inviting and cosy while still being modern and fresh. Service is good but not outstanding. Breakfast is excellent. Varied options to suit all tastes. The normal restaurant food is average and the menu is quite limited. Overall the hotel was an enjoyable stay and probably would have been 5stars if the food was better.

This hotel is wonderful. I had a kinda small room and I was wondering if I could get a bigger room that I would pay the full price for. Instead they gave me an adjoining room that was twice the size with no additional charge. The breakfast was great. The view was meh. There were a ton of homeless individuals outside the hotel. Overall great hotel!

Coming from New York I will only stay here when I come to Rome.Very modern feeling and makes me feel like I am at a nice hotel back home in the US if that's what you are used to . Great showers that are big with good water pressure and a great breakfast. The hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly and will provide you what you need. I dropped my clothes off well after 10 am when they needed them for cleaning that day and they still provided same day service for me:)

Beautiful, modern hotel with air conditioning. Very nice Lounge for morning coffee or after dinner drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only bump we had was that a platinum member had requested late checkout on the day we arrived and our room was not ready until 7pm (check-in time is at 2pm). The hotel staff did provide us with a temporary room while we waited. Ask when you arrive if the previous guest has checked out on time. Everything else was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

This place has a really nice modern feel to it. Everything is new and updated and the people are welcoming and nice. However, there are a few things that take away from the experience. The walls are paper thin all around, you can hear a coin drop, vacuuming, people talking 24/7, which can make relaxing and sleeping difficult. The Internet is not great and makes it difficult to do any type of work on the Internet.
