Amazing find in the heart of the action. Everything you need from a hotel. Modern and clean.

Location was very convenient in terms of getting around the city and the staff were very accommodating to helping us. That being said, the room's thin walls made it difficult to cut out the city noises and other guests. Pros: location is perfect to get around to all of the major stops in the city, ammenities are perfect for the price, staff is amazing Cons: bed wasn't quite as comfortable as I'd hoped (personal preference), walls didn't cancel out noisr

Good services, rooms are clean and neat, although small (to be expected so close to Trevi). Great location and nice big shower with adjustable shower head more than makes up for no bathtub. Breakfast is good and plentiful, although they play weird music (so much club music at 7am) in the mornings a little loud for my taste. Some internet issues were fixed once we asked and they reset the modem. House keeping were very diligent, staff were very polite.

Yeah it's pretty good, service is ok, friendly. Breakfast is amazing! A great spread. The bed in the room was real hard, found it hard to sleep most nights.

I stayed there a few times in the past. And this hotel has never moved on or changed. Maybe this consistently is what is as charming as it's awesome location overlooking the busy fountain.

Hotel lost power for a day: no air on a 4th floor with no elevator. When asked how they were going to reimburse customers or help them he had no suggestions and got into a yelling match with a coworker then looked at me like I was an idiot for asking. Another gentlemen asked the same thing and she got in a heated discussion with him about them not having to do anything. Besides that the room was small but clean. The fridge didn't work after multuple complaints, all we wanted was cold water. Location is great. We were in the other hotel building so the is no elevator, it can be a pain if you walk all day to see sites and still have 4 flights to climb in a hot hotel. Air conditioning only worked a lil. Bless the men who hauled all of our luggage to and from our rooms.

Clean, comfortable room. Spacious with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great, most attractions within minutes walking distance. Be prepared to climb stairs as some buildings don't have elevators. Included buffett breakfast has wide selection.
