Very nice hotel. Fresh, rooms even had a small pentry for light cooking. Great pool and the old town is very nice to visit. Walking distance. A lot of Danish tourists in the town due to famous cyclist who lived in the town but nothing bad about the Danish :)

The only thing i can complain about is the service.. if you have something to complain about.. they don't really seem to care.. especially if you don't speak Italian.

Had an amazing time here. An excellent place to stay and only a 10 minute walk into town and perhaps 20 to the train station. The room has a beautiful rustic charm. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for accommodation in Lucca

We arrived after opening hours and called the warden. Was told we could simply grab a key to a room and make ourselves at home. Next day the friendly hostess bid us welcome and we had a lovely breakfast.

The room wasn't very comfy. The toilet was not lighted properly and the shower was too small. On the upside, the staff is nice and the location is quiet. the breakfast was very good.
