We loved the clean and cosy atmosphere of this gorgeous hotel. The owners made us feel so welcome and at home and the highlight of our stay has to be the delicious breakfasts and home cooked dinners. The bedrooms are big and well cleaned each day and the bathrooms are exactly what you need. We hope to return in the summer one day to enjoy the pool!

Atmosphäre eines luxuriösen Einfamilienhauses. Sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Villengegend. Großer Pool im Garten mit Blick auf das Castello von Duino. Koch Thomaso kocht nur für die Hausgäste - ganz vorzüglich.

A truly amazing and homely hotel. However, hotel isn't what comes to mind, instead private retreat or "Villa" when one is staying there, due the attention one gets from the staff. The staff there are all bilingual (Italian & English), some even international citizen (French,). With a perfectly sized pool, large rooms, and a great view of the two castles in Duino, I couldn't name a better place to stay.
