Great hotel! The staff was great and always friendly! The bike hire was really nice to have to get to the beach and into town! The pool is wonderful and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is so great too!!

Hotel has a great location, just 1 minute away from the beach by foot and a short cycle from the town centre (Grado).
Rooms are of a good size, enough for two people per room. The hotel has a pool and a jacuzzi on site, with a few other facilities such as a ping-pong and a foosball table and a basketball hoop.
Services are great, as each room is cleaned daily upon request.
Food could be better, and it isn't as good as true Italian cuisine, although each dish is well presented and of good quality in it's own rights. Fish dishes are particularly tasty and fresh and there is plenty of variation in the menus over the course of the week.
Drinking during dinner can be particularly expensive, with bottles of wine costing upwards of 15€+ per bottle, when could be found in local shops for much cheaper.
Staff is extremely friendly, and are able to speak English, German and of course, Italian.

Nice place to stay.The breakfast is great, bikes are without any charge and you can stroll around the city with those. Even a spot on a private beach including an umbrella is offered.
