Location is super Central, via etnea. Rooms are clean, maybe little small. Staff is helpful and willing to give directions for nice venues. Breakfast is great, with a very nice orange juice and fried pastry

Friendly staff but constrained by rules / lack of training. Breakfast service on roof far too slow and surcharge a disgrace. Very comfortable beds and generally spacious. Could do much better for a “grand” hotel.

We stayed here on that last night of our vacation and it was beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, breakfast was amazing and the views from the rooftop restaurant were great!

Great hotel. Stayed a couple of night and everything was fine. Large room, comfortable bed. Bathroom could use a bit more renovation. But everything was clean otherwise.
Free breakfast is great with many options. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Roof top is great with a nice view.
Only bad point is WiFi connection which is very limited (can't do anything except Web browsing) and very slow. Don't count on it for working.

The place has a rooftop bar that is offering a nice view and it is used especially for the UK/US tourists. To much expensive for what is offering.

You'll be toasting to the view at Una Hotel's rooftop garden bar, a grown-up hideaway with a sucker-punch view of Etna. Ponder its power on the succulent-fringed terrace or retreat to one of the softly lit lounges inside. A good time to head up is from 7.30pm, when €15 buys you an alcoholic libation and free reign of the decent aperitivo buffet

UNA hotel is a very nice place. It is listed as a 4 star hotel. The room wasn't the cleanest, but the staff at check-in was phenomenal. They speak English well, and gave lots of information about the hotel and the area. The really nice thing about this hotel is that it is right on the main tourist street, so everything is there and easy to walk to. The rooftop restaurant has amazing views.
