Three people at the reception desk, all standing around talking to one customer. They totally ignored us for several minutes. We intended to get a room and check in. Instead, we left again, quite frustrated about their "service". We then went to the Ibis hotel nearby and didn't regret it.

Probably the best hotel in Catania. Great service and reasonably good food in the restaurant (actually hard to get the same thing each other night). People are nice and friendly. Price is a good value for what you get. All is clean and nice.

Great Starwood property to call home for a couple weeks. The front desk staff can use a class or three in customer service, but hey maybe it's the culture. Hotel provided easy access to the coastline for relaxing on the deck installed over the rocky shore. There could be more diverse options for breakfast - the breakfast staff was very nice and genuinely didn't mind taking espresso orders.

I missed some key details staying there as they were not explained on check in. The hotel is very nice with a restaurant (which is confusingly on the 2nd floor), the bar on the first floor has access to some pretty good food which worked well as dinner time in Sicily as well as Italy starts later than the US so many things are closed between 5pm-7pm.

Park car just past front doors down step ramp you will be directed to leave your keys and your car will be parked and moved several times as you stay as these guys work magic fitting all the cars in their spots and moving them when a car ends up 4 deep in a row.

Bathroom was very clean, had standing shower with best water pressure yet in Italy and water was always hot.

Overall, very nice I have been here a couple days now, and, honestly, the only real downside to the hotel was that my room smelled a little bit like smoke, but after a day it was clear The stay has been very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning is wonderful, and the staff has been great! The complimentary shuttle into Catania is great and prompt for pickup. The hotel is even close by Really has been a great stay, I recommend it

Top hotel, great friendly and very helpful staff. Highly commended with free shuttle to City centre, secure garage and much more. Shame no private beach but a minor miss as the hotel has a great outside pool.
