Extremly bad hotel. I would not recommend. Picture of hotels room do not correspond to reality. We asked at reception desk where is a room from picture and they told us that they have only two such rooms.

Se puoi scegliere cambia! La struttura è molto bella, ma arredi e manutenzione sono scarsi! Stanze fredde il riscaldamento inesistente nei giorni 5,6,7 gennaio u.s. con il picco del gelo a Palermo!!! abbiamo dovuto chiedere il supporto di due stufe elettriche. Il bagno orribile e freddissimo. arredato stile anni 70, teli e asciugamani leggeri come velina, il letto matrimoniale si presentava con un orribile foulard a quadri leggerissimo abbiamo dovuto aggiungere due coperte non si riusciva a scaldare .. Peccato perché la struttura potrebbe veramente dare molto di più! Un'esperienza da dimenticare non aggiungerei nessuna stella al momento.

Nice friendly staff, managed to check in early and leave our car in the carpark to enable us to enjoy Palermo for the day. Room is quite large compared to most we've stayed in.
