Nice and quite, Hood food, the attendants was nice.

Single beds that areright next to each other. Bathroom was small, not sure if the toilet was cleaned before we checked in. Bathroom had a tub and shower. Service in the dining and front desk was great. In a cute location with small shops. Room smelled a little musty. Must bring 3 prong outlets to charge anything.

In short: Disorganised reception, dirty rooms, disappointing Spa area, not enough parking space (if it's full, you have to park at the bus station), rude staff & owner, loud guests.
Firstly, the hotel does not look at all like it does present itself on the website. I drove past it as I did not recognise it.
Disorganised Reception:
Upon arrival, we asked about booking a time slot for the (100€!) spa treatment, which we had booked with the room directly on the hotel's website. The receptionist affirmed us strongly that we hadn't booked any such treatment, but we should check with the Spa reception. There the same thing happened. No treatment booked. Back to the hotel reception, we asked for a print out of our booking details and what did the receptionist find on the backside? A confirmation about our spa treatment, which he was so adamantly denying that we had booked it. Also, this took 3 hours to figure out and no apology was offered.
Dirty Rooms:
See the pictures attached. Especially the shower was infested with scum and mold. The overhead shower-head has not been cleaned in months (thick layer of dust on my fingers, after I tried adjusting it). And we were put into a room with a connecting door to another occupied room (for 140€/night!). The smoke-alarm was missing, posing a big security threat (and I am pretty sure this breaks some health & safety rules). Bed resembles more an army-bed then a hotel-bed. Quite run down equipment and terrible view of car parks and dirty backyards.
Disappointing Spa Area:
Firstly, no-one knows how big it is: Hotels website says 1400sqm, leaflets in the room say 1200sqm. Fact is: it feels a lot smaller, as it is split up over 4 floors and the main area downstairs with the indoor pool is crammed at all times with people. It is just too small for the amount of guests. (don't be fooled by the pictures on the website: there are no artificial candles burning for an atmospheric lightning, also you have to wear a ridiculous plastic hair net, which the rude Spa staff makes sure you are wearing, as they are patrolling the area). Also the sauna with the "panoramic view" is a bad joke, as I do not consider a view of another hotel and people walking around (you're view is on feet level, with the sauna being slightly underground) panoramic.
Car Park:
It was pretty full all around the hotel with cars when we arrived (adds to the panoramic view), but when we came back from a short trip, the valet guy, who served everyone in front of us, said there is not enough space for our care and we have to park at the local bus station. Very disappointing and posing a threat to our belongings. Also, upon inspecting the carpark from our balcony view, we saw there certainly was enough space, if the valet guy knew how to use space efficiently.
Staff (& Owner):
On several occasions the staff has proven to be very rude to us (especially to me as a non-italian speaker). After waiting for 15 minutes at the table in a pretty empty restaurant, I walked up to the bar and asked for a coffee (in my broken italian), the staff turned around, looked at me, turned back again. (Do I need to say more?). Upon checking out and voicing our disappointment with the hotel, the receptionist was more concerned with pointing out what we had done wrong, instead of offering an apology. The owner (we guess), who watched and stood next to this, did not feel the need to intervene at any moment.
Loud Guests:
As we were placed in a room with a connecting door, we were in the fortunate position to listen to our room neighbours having very loud intercourse for 5 times between 22:30 and 8:00 in the morning. Even after shouting through the door to be a bit quieter (I really do not have anything against couples enjoying their time together, but be a bit respectful of others) our neighbours did not show any sign of consideration or restraint. First class brother atmosphere.
Fazit: I am sad about every minute and euro we have spend in this "4-Star" etablissement.response / report this review -

We went at this Hotel for the spa. We stay there for entire afternoon. The spa is great, not so big, we had great time anyway.

Parcheggio assolutamente insufficiente, arredi della camera fatiscenti, doccia la si può fare con una sola mano in quanto l'altra serve per tenere premuto il pulsante del soffione, Wi-Fi scarso. Di positivo c'è la colazione che è abbondante e assortita e lo spa che è molto bello e curato da personale cortese ma purtroppo affollatissimo. Tuttavia non tornerei in questa struttura
