A quiet, professional hotel, perfect for conferences or workshop. The restaurant on the terrace is very nice. Bad location

Good hotel with a super terras with swimming pool in the roof. Good rooms. Restaurant is not so good. Food is oké but a bad atmosfeer.

Working class hotel in the middle of a guetto with prostitutes on the streets during the night.
Breakfasts are ok. The pool is dirty. The rooms are huge and clean.
There is a free parking. That's nice.
The hotel makes me think about a decadent version of the 80's hotel of biff tannen in back to the future.response / report this review -

We arrived at this advertised 4 star hotel. I went to the room and it felt like I had stepped back in time to the 1960s. Room was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke , ceiling was yellow. View outside was of a building site. Honestly I could find one redeemable feature in this hotel apart from the manager who cancelled my reservation without much hassle and called me a taxi to another hotel.

Nice view, poor breakfast, gym machines were not working, and the stuff speaks only Italian.

Nice hotel, been there 2 nights. Food was good enough, the place is near Palermo's center. Room and service were standard, not the best but still way over the bare minimum.
