this was the best free walking tour I ever. had! Nick was amazing! he knows everything about ancient history and - despite real deep knowledge - he also knows how to share this in a very funny way! Grazie for bringing all this old Cesar's and stories 'to life' :-)

Our experience with Rome’s ultimate free walking tour was awesome!! So much fascinating detail given in a relatively short period of time. We appreciated the sharing of so many points in Rome’s history, including some unique lesser known stories. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating and we would definitely recommend this walking tour to anyone.

We really enjoyed the walking tour! It gave us great insight into Roman life, art and history.. highly recommended and absolutely a must if you are staying for a few days only. We also recommend the night tour by The same company, we took both tours with the same guide Lucio who was incredibly nice and knew a great deal of the city’s history, architecture and art. Also recommended the best places to visit and to eat at. Was a wonderful experience!

This tour is a must if you are visiting the eternal city. It is full of history, tips, humor, and street knowledge. You get to meet fellow travelers and gain an appreciation for the city and Roman and Italian culture. Our guide Alessandro was the best guide. He was funny, smart, and enthusiastic about what he was doing. He provided great insights into the city and even detailed notes on our maps on where to eat, how to save money, and walking routes for seeing the city. His tour was by far the best I had in Italy.
