I have been meaning to write this review for many months, because I wanted the time to give this review my full attention. I cannot rate Easitaly Tours high enough - they are absolutely spectacular! My family organized a trip for our grandfather whose family is from Abruzzo, Italy. Rossella from Easitaly Tours picked us up from our hotel in Rome and drove us to Abruzzo. She is lovely and kind, and so very personable. We had used an address from a relative in Canada to find my grandfather's family; unfortunately, this address was incorrect. Rossella ended up saving the entire trip by translating our family history to the residents at the incorrect address. Through Rossella, we eventually found our relatives, were able to tour my grandfather's mother's home, and have an unbelievable day with our relatives. Our relatives invited us to stay for a snack, which turned into a six-course lunch! None of us spoke Italian, and Rossella ended up translating for all of us throughout this incredible lunch. She became part of our family, and we know we will be contacting Easitaly again someday. When I tell my friends about this trip, it sounds like a story out of a book and Rossella is the star! We used Easitaly for other excursions and transportation during our trip, and all interactions were wonderful. Thank you, Easitaly! We'll be in touch again, soon!
Fabulous personal driver and guides. Besides being knowledgeable they were personable. Highly recommend! Antonello and Julia are 5 star guides.
Awesome experience. I've been on bad tours before, and this wasn't one of them. This company is professional in so many ways. They showed us all of Rome in 1.5 days and couldn't have been better about answering all the questions we had. They were flexible and I never felt like I was "on a schedule".
Max and Giulia were amazing guides! They both had so much information and were great to spend time with.
Don't do anymore research as this is the call!
We had a seven-hour tour of Rome attractions. It was great! Our guide, Max, took his degree in Roman history, so he had lots of interesting facts to share. He was friendly and relaxed, and obviously enjoys his work. He was overall very flexible about the itinerary, and was especially attentive to the needs of one of our group, who cannot walk very fast.
This is a great way to see Rome if you only have a couple of days. It saves you a lot of time and bother, because you travel by car but don't have to worry about parking it.
Yesterday we go to Vatican with Valeria. She is very knowledgeable and has full understanding of the city. Very nice lady and we have a great time with her. Fully recommended
