The WORST Marriott, I have visited. I am a Platinum member. Their primary goal is how to squeeze more money out of the dumb tourists: a guest must pay for the sauna?! THERE IS NO LOUNGE. THE ROOFTOP RESTAURANT IS CLOSED except for "private parties"??? THERE IS NO EXEC LOUNGE??? I was given a SPECIAL GIFT a bottle of water.. A BOTTLE OF WATER! The MANAGEMENT ARE COMPLETE idiots. It is not even worth staying here for the points. MARRIOTT should not lend their name to this fiasco.

Room was well appointed and well maintained. Room service was prompt and delicious. Breakfast was included in our stay and the terrace brought wonderful views of the city. Location is not central to any of the monuments or museums, but is in a quiet section of town that is within walking distance to several historic sites like the Spanish steps and the fountain at Trevi.

We have had a great stay, staff was very accommodating and helpful, professional to the highest degree. We have felt very well cared for. English and Italian speakers which helped myself and my husband as we know very little Italian.

Our 1st time in Rome made special by great customer service, fantastic upscale room and concierge who helped us with many questions etc. When we wanted room service and the phone connection was a little static, a manager came to our door to take our order. Plus, we arrived before check in time of 3 pm but they did their best to get us in early. We so enjoyed our stay.

We have been back at this hotel many times because it is simply the best in Rome when considering location, size and service. They make everything perfect for your stay, if you dislike something they are quick to offer available solutions. Do not miss eating at the restaurant / bar inside the hotel its top notch.response / report this review -

Wonderful location next to the Borghese gardens. Away from touristy areas but still close to everything. Beautiful room and rooftop restaurant.

A very comfortable room. The bed was comfortable and big and the room was clean and quiet. There were nice little touches too like turndown service and a shower big enough for 2. Breakfast every morning in the rooftop restaurant was delicious and service was excellent. We also really enjoyed the location of the hotel - it's a nice, upscale area and it's right next to the Borghese public gardens which are gorgeous (walking access to all the major sites within 40 minutes). To improve, the hotel should tighten up its service in the downstairs bar. Also, the doormen were of little to no service even though there were at least 2 on hand at all times. We parked in a nearby garage (Garage Ludovisi) and paid 18 euros instead of the 50 euros the hotel was charging.response / report this review -

Room was not what I booked online. Hotel is in a good location which gives it a star. Breakfast was free for me because you feel status, but normally it's 35€ which it is definitely nowhere near worth.

Beautiful hotel. Room was very comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular. Great views from the top of the hotel. I loved my stay here!
